Developing new products
Clarify requirements, develop solutions and engineer them for manufacture.
We observe closely, engineer, test and build: for companies, for our own products and for challenges no one has properly solved yet.
Services
Some tasks begin from scratch. Others begin with an existing product that creates limitations in everyday use. What matters to us isn't how much we change, but whether the change genuinely makes something better.
Clarify requirements, develop solutions and engineer them for manufacture.
Understand existing limitations and refine products where it makes a real difference.
Build and test prototypes, then produce them in small quantities.
Developing from scratch
An aircraft for teaching needs to be adaptable. With conventional fuselages, however, a new outer contour usually means changes to the load-bearing structure and another manufacturing cycle. ECLAIRE therefore separates the two functions: an engineered birch-plywood skeleton carries the loads, while replaceable FDM segments define the fuselage shape. Within fixed interfaces and mass limits, the shell can be adapted to new tasks while the primary structure remains unchanged. The fuselage airframe was built with a laser cutter and 3D printer for less than €100 in material costs.

Improving what exists
The roof of the Mazda MX-5 RF is narrow, slopes away at the sides and flexes under load in the centre. On this surface, the SeaSucker rack does not sit evenly: as suction is applied, the outer cups pull the rack bar downwards, visibly deforming the roof panel in the middle. We measured the roof contour, designed a form-fitting spacer and manufactured it using 3D printing. All four suction cups now sit evenly without any modification to the car. The rack is in use, for joy in the Miata and on the saddle.

Our philosophy
Monozukuri
Monozukuri is a Japanese term for making things that goes far beyond simple manufacturing. It brings together knowledge, practical skill and care with the drive to keep questioning one's own work and remain open to improvement.
People are at the centre of it: their experience, judgement and understanding of what really matters in implementation. That requires time, trust, genuine appreciation and the freedom to learn and grow. Monoku grew out of exactly this commitment to good products and good collaboration.
Behind Monoku are Anton and Tiemo. Our background is in aerospace engineering. What connects us is the joy of getting to the bottom of things and developing good solutions from what we find. We bring different strengths to that work: Anton structures projects, sharpens decisions and keeps sight of the bigger picture. Tiemo approaches technical details with great curiosity and turns them into practical solutions. At the decisive points, we work together: we understand the problem, test different approaches and develop something that works in real use.
Managing Director
Combines strategy, project organisation and clear communication. He makes sure requirements become clear, decisions stay understandable and individual ideas grow into a viable project.
LinkedInTechnical Director
Combines engineering with practical experience in prototyping and manufacturing. He turns requirements into components, mechanisms and products that can be built, tested and refined.
